What we collect, and why
The contact form
When you write to us through the contact form we collect: your first name, last name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the subject of your enquiry and your message.
- Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, send you a quote.
- Legal basis: your consent, given via the form’s checkbox, and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries addressed to us.
- Retention: 3 years from our last exchange, then deletion.
- Recipients: the Vedettes de Besançon team only. Your data is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
To limit automated submissions, the form stores a hashed fingerprint of your IP address (not the address itself), used only to count submissions within an hour. It cannot identify you and is deleted along with the enquiry.
Online booking
Bookings and payments are not processed by this website. They are handled by our ticketing provider Regiondo GmbH, whose booking modules are embedded in our pages. Any details you enter there (identity, contact details, payment information) are collected and processed by Regiondo under its own privacy policy.
These modules only load when you open a booking page.
Analytics
If analytics tools are enabled on this site, they only run after your explicit consent, given through the banner shown on your first visit. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the same banner. Until you consent, no analytics tracker is set.
Content from other websites
- Map: the map on our contact page comes from OpenStreetMap, which sets no advertising cookie.
- Video: our Facebook videos first appear as a still image. Nothing is loaded from Facebook until you click the play button. If you do, Facebook may then set its own trackers under its own policy.
- Reviews: the reviews shown are copied from our Google listing. No connection to Google is made to display them.
Cookies
This site uses cookies strictly necessary for it to work (storing your consent choice, admin sessions for our team). These are exempt from consent. Any other cookie, in particular for analytics, is only set once you agree.
Where your data is hosted
The website and its database are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, in data centres located in Switzerland. Booking data is hosted by Regiondo GmbH within the European Union.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.
