Practical information

Cruise duration: about 1h15. Heated and air-conditioned boat with roof deck.

Children: child rate from 4 to 16, free with no ticket needed for under-4s.

Dogs on a lead: welcome on the guided cruise and the panoramic bus, free of charge. Not allowed on meal cruises.

Languages: commentary in French. Written translations in English, German, Italian and Spanish are available aboard the boat. On the bus, scan the QR code at the entrance and follow the tour on your smartphone with your earphones.

E-tickets accepted on your phone. Please arrive 10 minutes before departure.

Good to know: a departure needs a few passengers to be confirmed; if a departure cannot take place, your ticket remains valid on any other departure this season.
